Of counsel to the Burney Law Firm since its inception, Mr. Burger has been practicing law since 1999, handling important intellectual property matters and white-collar criminal cases.
 

 


 

As a prosecutor with the famed Manhattan DA's office, Mr. Berger conducted investigations of high-level financial crimes with the Money Laundering and Tax Crimes Unit.  Before that, he prosecuted a variety of white-collar and computer crimes with the Special Prosecutions Bureau, where he conducted many trials.

After a successful career in prosecution, Mr. Berger joined the historic intellectual property firm of Levisohn Berger, where he quickly assumed significant responsibilities in trademark, patent and copyright matters.
